We provide all essential safety equipment including life jackets and helmets. You should bring comfortable clothing that can get wet, sun protection, a water bottle, and any personal items. We'll send you a detailed packing list upon booking.

No previous experience is required for our guided tours. Our expert guides provide all necessary instruction and ensure adventures are suitable for your skill level. We offer experiences for complete beginners through to advanced adventurers.

We offer flexible cancellation policies depending on the adventure type and timing. Generally, cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive full refunds. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for best availability, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability. Multi-day expeditions should be booked earlier.
